About Still.

Stillness is infrastructure.

After 27 years in a high school classroom, I know what stress looks like up close. I’ve watched students — and colleagues — push through exhaustion, anxiety, and overstimulation without ever being given permission to stop. Not because they didn’t need to. Because there was nowhere to go and no sanctioned moment to do it.

That observation didn’t leave me when I walked out of the classroom. I started noticing the same pattern everywhere — in airport concourses, in hospital hallways, in office buildings humming with noise and obligation. Millions of people moving through high-stress environments with no infrastructure for recovery. No private space. No pause.

Still.™ is my answer to that gap.

We design fully automated, single-occupancy private decompression spaces for high-traffic environments — starting with airports. A Still.™ space is 20–30 minutes of acoustically private, intentional quiet. It’s not a sleep suite. Not a work/nap pod. Not a spa. It’s a regulated pause between connections — available to every traveler, not just those with lounge access.

The science supports it. Peer-reviewed research shows that 20–30 minutes of uninterrupted rest produces meaningful physiological restoration — reduced cortisol, lower heart rate, clearer thinking. Still.™ makes that possible in the places where people need it most.

I’m Tammy Woodward — founder, CEO, and a WBENC-certified woman-owned business. I’m currently seeking partnerships with forward-thinking airport operators, concessionaires, hospitality groups, and healthcare facilities who believe that stillness isn’t a luxury.

It’s infrastructure.
